Information and purposes

We use the name, email address and message you choose to send to answer enquiries and, at your request, take steps before a contract. The proposed basis is taking steps at your request before a contract; for other enquiries, a legitimate interest in responding, to be confirmed by the controller.

Form and providers

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address and message are sent through FormSubmit (Devro LABS) to [email protected]. FormSubmit states it retains submissions for 30 days and uses spam filtering. Do not submit sensitive records. See FormSubmit privacy information. Provider terms, processing arrangements and international transfers still require controller review. Email, hosting and WhatsApp providers may process information under their own terms. Confirm the provider list, roles and any international transfer safeguards before launch.

Minimisation and retention

Do not send financial records, passwords or identity documents in an initial enquiry. Proposed retention: delete enquiries that do not become contracts 90 days after the last interaction, unless legal obligations or disputes require retention. The controller must confirm and implement this period. Client files need a separate retention policy.

Cookies and logs

This site includes no analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts, cookies or local storage. Hosting may log IP addresses and technical information for security; confirm the period and basis with the provider. Social links are external and activate only when followed.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact us by email. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
